1. Why do our products take so long (2 weeks max.) to arrive?
Your items are NOT instocks, and therefore, would not be delivered to you immediately. I would have to wait for my supplier in Korea to process those orders, as he has other customers too, and mail out the package.
So please be very
patient and
do not rush me for your items as I do not control what's happening there in Korea.
2. why do we have to pay extra if our products are stored with your for more than a month?
Well, my house is really not just a free storage space for your needs. And you are delaying the delivering process to you all at once. Here at inlovewkpop, I'd like to give the customers a good experience shopping etc, and for your items to be delivered promptly.
If it's kept for too long with me, and something happens to it, you won't be satisfied with it, and I won't too. So this move is to ensure that your items are promptly delivered to you without delays.
3. Do you do meetups at other places?
Yes, I do. But I charge transport fees as some of you live at places like Bedok, Woodlands etc, that would take a long time for me to travel there. So both parties have to wait and the process is delayed again. I encourage you to opt for places stated in my Rules, so you won't have to top up a single cent.
Or opt for postage if you do not want to travel far too.
4. Do you do overseas orders?
For the time being, yes. But do understand that you'll have to pay shipping fee too.
5. How long will it take for my items to arrive at your place?
Duration is tentative and may change. Meaning, it's not definite. But so far, for all the sprees I had, took around at most 2 weeks.
6.Other than that products stated on your blog, do you have any others?
Yes and no. That depends on the item you want. So if you can't find your desired item here, please leave me a tag or email, and I'll check with my supplier and get back to you when he replies.
